Who am I?

Hi, I'm Katrina Oakley - a certified postpartum corrective exercise specialist and posture specialist, and I help moms around the world to regain a functional core after giving birth.

As a mom of 3, I know how hard it is to juggle all the responsibilities of looking after kids, working, and trying to keep the house running. It sometimes feels impossible to take the time to also do the exercises that you need!

That is why I created this program - so you can choose the workout that best fits your day. Kids didn't nap - no problem do the 5 min workout at the end of the day. Kids slept through the night and you woke up early - perfect do the 15 min option. It is up to you.

I have Diastasis Recti - Can I still do this program?
YES! This program has been specially designed to help your whole core - both if you have diastasis or pelvic floor dysfunction.
Do I need access to the internet?
YES. The program and all the videos are accessed via a membership site on the internet. The videos can be accessed via a mobile app or any browser.
Can I do the workouts at home?
Yes, they are all at home based workouts.
What equipment do I need?
The workouts need no equipment, but having some pillows and towels can be useful
 Can I do this while pregnant?
Yes, as long as your doctor hasn't instructed you to stop all exercise..
 How do I get access to the program site? 
You will be emailed the link - so keep an eye on your inbox! If you misplace the link simply email me at support@katrinaoakley.com or ask in the Facebook group and I will resend you your information as soon as I can
 How long do I have access to the program for? 
You will have long term access to it. I can't say "life-time" as if something happens to me then there will be no-one to support it.
