- Core Connection and strength so you can get your core working again.
- Glute activation and strength to help stabilize your pelvis and get the glutes working again - we all want a nice perky butt 🤣
- Pelvic Floor Movements because if our pelvic floor isn't healthy then our whole body isn't happy.
- Thoracic Mobility to help with our ribs and breathing
- Hip Mobility so our back and hips are happy
Workouts that can be done anywhere
All workouts can be done with no equipment (or just a towel and pillow), in minimal space.
