Your Questions Answered...
I have Diastasis Recti - Can I still do this program?
YES! This program has been specially designed to help your upper diastasis - NOTE it assumes you have already done the foundational work either with a PT or with the first 5 weeks of the 8-week progression.
I haven't done any diastasis core work before, can I do this program?
NO!
Unlike my other programs these are more advanced workouts and assumes that you have done the foundational work for the pelvic floor and lower TVAs, and still struggling with the upper area of your diastasis.
If you haven't done the foundational work yet I suggest the pelvic floor Freedom program or the 8 week progression - both can be found here >>>
Do I need access to the internet?
YES. The program and all the videos are accessed via a membership site on the internet. The videos can be accessed via a mobile app or any browser.
HOWEVER, I have also included PDFs so that once you know how to do the exercises you can then do them at your own pace (this will save you time).
Can I do the workouts at home?
Yes, they are all at home based workouts.
What equipment do I need?
The workouts need long bands that can be attached to a door or solid object (stair railing for example).
The second stage also required dumbbells.
Pillows and rolled up towels are also used and a pilates ball (or kids bouncy ball) would also be useful.
 Can I do this while pregnant?
This would depend on what you have done previously - it is a more intense workout and does work on weighted rotational work, so if you aren't comfortable with that or can't do it without doming I suggest waiting until after giving birth and completing the foundational work.
 How do I get access to the program site?

 How long do I have access to the program for?
